Este is an accomplished coach and emerging choreographer with a passion for developing athletes and creating memorable routines. Originally from Wakarusa, Kansas, he moved to California in 2020 to cheer and coach at The California All Stars where he is currently the Prep Program Director in the Ontario location. Over the past five years, Este has won several NCA and Worlds championship titles. He brings a fresh perspective to the choreography world, blending his experience as both an athlete and coach into every project he takes on. Having worked across multiple levels and divisions from mini prep 1.1 to extra small senior coed 6, Este has guided teams to numerous championship titles, including back-to-back regional summit wins. His coaching style is known for combining technical precision with positive leadership, helping athletes grow in both skill and confidence. Este believes that great choreography should feel fun and natural to perform, allowing athletes to showcase their skills with confidence. He values collaboration and understands that each team hast their own style, strengths, and weaknesses. He emphasizes consistent movement, creative use of levels, and innovative transitions to deliver routines that leave a lasting impression.
