While coaching both CheerAbilities and Elite teams, she then went on to receive her Masters Degree in Special Education and passed her boards to become a BCBA.

Kaylee has coached several teams from levels 2-5 throughout her coaching career. Her passion however, has always been the CheerAbilities division. Kaylee has successfully ran a CheerAbilities program for the past eight years taking home many national titles including both NCA and Cheersport Champions. In 2019, Kaylee led her CheerAbilities Team to a World Championship win at the ICU World Championships representing USA Cheer. A few years later following Covid restrictions, Kaylee again led her CheerAbilities Team to a 2022 World Championship win at the ICU World Championships representing USA Cheer. Kaylees program has also received a Worlds bid the past 7 seasons to compete at the Cheerleading Worlds which is only given to five teams each year! Kaylee has choreographed several first place and world bid recipient winning routines as well.

Kaylees passion for the CheerAbilities division came from having a sister with cerebral palsy. This is what jump started her career has a special education teacher and what also prompted her to create a place to have all athletes enjoy the sport she loved. Kaylee believes that ALL athletes deserve to experience All-Star cheerleading in its full entirety. She believes that in order to grow and become inclusive to the cheer population, CheerAbilities teams need to continue to bridge the gap between the divisions. Kaylee pushes her CheerAbilities squad to grow each season and never lets their disabilities define their physical abilities. Kaylee is fully trained in how to work with athletes with all disabilities, as well as, how to train coaches and peer athletes (buddies) on how to work with these athletes as well. Kaylee has a wealth of knowledge in both cheerleading and special education which has allowed her to grow and succeed each season. Kaylee enjoys looking at routines and creating small changes as the season progresses to bump up scores and push the limits. In fact, she changes her own programs routine each WEEK! Kaylee looks forward to the opportunity to help share her passion and knowledge with others in the CheerAbilities community to help continue to build this division.
