His philosophies when he choreographs a routine is it should fit the athletes that are in front of you. He never goes into a choreography having everything mapped out in his head because of the belief that each team has their own strengths and weaknesses. He wants to give that team a routine they can perform with the highest level of execution and not set them up for failure. He also focuses on any weakness a team may have so he leaves knowing they will be within the highest of the high range they can achieve. Tad loves getting to know the athletes and learning their personalities so he can do his best to incorporate that into the routine produced.
